No. We don't have access to your inbox.
When you add a channel, we only ask for SMTP credentials. SMTP gives us access to your email sending server, but not the email receiving server. No Recurrr employee or system can read the emails you receive.
What about emails sent through Recurrr?
Yes — we can technically read your outbound emails, since they are stored in our database (so you can see your scheduled and sent emails in the app). But we don't have an interface to browse user emails, and have no reason to do so. We do not analyse, interpret, or sell your email content. Our revenue comes entirely from the scheduling service.
We reserve the right to examine sent messages if account abuse is suspected (e.g. spam), but that is the only exception.
As a general rule, avoid sending sensitive information like passwords through any email service.
