Terms & Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Recurrr. By creating an account you accept them, so it's worth a read — we've tried to keep it short.

Who you're dealing with

Recurrr is provided by Complement Software SRL (VAT RO35962660), Calea Victoriei 142-148, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. You can reach us at hello@recurrr.com.

In these terms, "Recurrr", "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means whoever is using the service — a person or a company.

Your account

• You need to be an adult where you live, and give accurate details when you sign up.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is your responsibility, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
• One account per person or organisation. Accounts created by bots aren't allowed.
• You can close your account any time from your settings.

What you can and can't send

Recurrr sends the emails you write, on the schedule you set. What goes in them is up to you — but you're responsible for it, and there are a few things we won't carry:

• No spam. Only email people who expect to hear from you. Purchased lists, scraped addresses and unsolicited bulk mail are not allowed.
• Nothing illegal — fraud, harassment, malware, or anything that breaks the law where you or your recipients are.
• Nothing that infringes someone else's rights, including copyright and privacy.

We don't screen or moderate what you schedule. But if we're told about a problem, or a mail provider flags your sending, we may suspend the messages involved or your account. Where we can give notice first, we will.

You keep all rights to your content. We only store and transmit it to run the service for you — we don't claim ownership, and we don't use it for anything else.

Plans and payment

• There's a free tier and a paid plan. What each includes is on the pricing page, and prices there are current unless stated otherwise.
• Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel, and start when payment clears.
• Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They're the ones who charge you and issue your invoice; we never see your card details.
• Taxes are shown at checkout and depend on where you are.
• If a payment fails we may pause your plan. Scheduled emails may stop sending while it's unpaid.
• We can change prices, but not for a subscription already running — we'll email you at least 30 days before a change affects your renewal.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops. We don't charge a cancellation fee.

15-day refund

If Recurrr isn't for you, email us within 15 days of paying and we'll refund you in full, back to the original payment method. You don't have to justify it, though we'd genuinely like to know what went wrong.

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK

You have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. If you asked us to start the service immediately, we may charge for the part you used before withdrawing. To exercise it, just email us saying so — no particular form is needed. This right sits alongside the 15-day refund above; whichever is better for you applies.

Keeping the service running

We aim to keep Recurrr available and to send your emails on time, but we don't promise perfection. Delivery depends on mail providers we don't control, and things occasionally break.

• We may take the service down for maintenance or updates. Where it's planned and disruptive, we'll say so in advance.
• If we ever discontinue Recurrr, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, a way to export your data, and a pro-rata refund of anything you've prepaid.
• Please don't resell Recurrr or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.

Liability

Recurrr is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity — arising from using it or being unable to.

Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at whatever you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

None of this limits liability that can't legally be limited — death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

You agree to cover us against claims that arise from your own use of Recurrr breaking these terms or the law — for instance, if someone you emailed through Recurrr brings a complaint.

Our content

The Recurrr name, logo, software, site and documentation belong to us. You're welcome to use the service, but not to copy, resell or repackage the product itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Carrying on using Recurrr afterwards means you accept the new version — if you'd rather not, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of your plan.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes go to the courts of Bucharest. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protections of your own country's law or your right to bring a claim where you live.

Before any of that, though: email us. We're a small team and we'd much rather sort a problem out directly. We'll reply within 7 days.

Odds and ends

• If a clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
• Not enforcing something once doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.
• We may transfer this agreement if the business is sold; you can't transfer it without our written agreement.
• These terms are written in English. Translations are for convenience — the English version governs.
