Step 1: Go to your Profile Page and click Add a new channel.
Step 2: Choose a name for this channel (e.g. "FastMail", your company name, or your email address) and pick a color.
Step 3: In Email Settings, enter your FastMail address and select Fastmail as the provider.
Step 4: A Server Settings section appears with FastMail's SMTP settings already pre-filled — leave these unchanged.
Step 5: In Login Settings, enter your FastMail address and an app password (see below).
Step 6: Click Save Channel. If the popup closes, your credentials were verified successfully.
Creating a FastMail app password
- Go to FastMail Settings > Security & Privacy > Integrations
- Click New app password and select Custom
- Give it a name like "Recurrr" and make sure SMTP access is enabled
- Copy the generated password and paste it into Recurrr
App passwords are safer than your regular password because they can be revoked at any time and only grant the specific access they're created for.
