Step 1: Go to your Profile Page and click Add a new channel. A popup will appear.
Step 2: Choose a name for this channel (e.g. "Gmail" or your email address) and pick a color.
Step 3: In Email Settings, enter your Gmail address and select Gmail as the provider.
Step 4: A Server Settings section appears with Gmail's SMTP settings already pre-filled — leave these unchanged.
Step 5: In Login Settings, enter your Gmail address and a password (see options below).
Step 6: Click Save Channel. If the popup closes, your credentials were verified successfully.
Password options
Option A — App password (recommended)
- Go to your Google Account > Security
- Under "How you sign in to Google", click 2-Step Verification and enable it if needed
- Scroll to the bottom and click App passwords
- Give it a name like "Recurrr.com" and click Create
- Copy the 16-character password and paste it into Recurrr
App passwords are safer because they can be revoked at any time and only grant email-sending access, not full account access.
Option B — Regular password
If 2-Step Verification is disabled on your account, you can use your regular Gmail password. This is less secure and not recommended.
