How to add a Google Workspace address to Recurrr

1. Go to your Profile Page and click Add a new channel
2. Choose a name and color for this channel
3. Enter your Google Workspace email address and select Google Workspace as the provider
4. Server Settings are filled in automatically (Host: smtp.gmail.com, Port: 465, Encryption: SSL)
5. In Login Settings, enter your email address and a password (see options below)

Click Save Channel — if the popup closes, your credentials were verified. They are secured with AES-256 encryption.

Password options

Option A — App password (recommended)

1. Go to your Google Account > Security
2. Under "How you sign in to Google", click 2-Step Verification (must be enabled)
3. Scroll to the bottom and click App passwords
4. Give it a name like "Recurrr.com" and click Create
5. Copy the 16-character password and paste it into Recurrr

Option B — Regular password

If 2-Step Verification is not enabled on your account, you can use your regular email password. This is less secure and not recommended.
